Sterilization Production Line
This series of units adopts pasteurization technology, which is used for cleaning, sterilization, cooling, and drying of cupped foods and beverages such as jelly, fruit milk, yogurt, and soy milk after filling and sealing. It is matched with CFD, CF and other series of equipment to form an automatic, efficient, safe and hygienic production line. The frame is made of S304 stainless steel material, and the conveyor belt is made of MC engineering plastic and stainless steel chain mesh. The conveyor chain is controlled by a planetary cone continuously variable speed machine with steam heating. The machine structure is reasonable, the appearance is beautiful, and the installation, disassembly, and transportation are convenient.

Jelly Filling Sealing Machine
1. This machine is suitable for filling and sealing cup with jelly.
2. Electric and pneumatic combined driving are used, resulting in stable driving in order to save man power and reduce cost. Supply of cups, filling , sealing, trimming, output of products and take -up of waste film are fully automatic.
3. High efficiency, 12 cups can be filled, sealed, and trimmed at the same time in the machine.
4. Revision device of photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine to auto revise the positive of sealing film through detection of color mark, assuring the accurate position of the sealing pattern.
